Status of this information
This is an information framework, not a completed privacy notice. The responsible controller’s identity and contact details, hosting and delivery partners and retention periods must be specified and reviewed before collecting enquiries.
Future enquiry form
A future form component is retained in source but is not offered to visitors. Analysis enquiries are not yet possible. The intended fields cover identity and contact details, product and testing requirements, sample counts and a privacy acknowledgement. No successful submission is simulated.
Define purpose and recipients before activation
The planned purpose is answering non-binding analysis enquiries. Recipients, legal basis, any international transfers, deletion rules and contact for access or correction requests must be established before connection. Do not send health information or sensitive personal data.
Technical delivery
Hosting may process connection information required to deliver the website. Its actual logging configuration must be documented by the operator. This implementation adds no marketing trackers or advertising cookies. CannabisClub.ch has its own privacy information.
Google Fonts
The site loads fonts through fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. The browser connects to Google servers and transmits technical information such as the IP address. This external font delivery is part of the operator’s outstanding privacy review.
